About The Position
The Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) vision is to raise the bar for technical excellence, talent, strategy, and standards across Technology. The Workforce Strategy team provides strategic advisory to the American Express CIO and ETS Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring the right talent is available at the right place, time, and within an optimized global cost structure. They enable a future-ready workforce that drives agility, trust, and speed across the ETS organization. The Director, Tech Workforce Strategy serves as a trusted advisor to the CIO and SLT. This role leads the design and execution of enterprise workforce strategies and operates at the intersection of strategy, talent, and operations. This role shapes the operating model by advancing AI-enabled workforce planning, and embedding intelligent, data-driven decision-making across ETS. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in ambiguity and is passionate about shaping the future of work in a complex, global technology organization.
