This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Product, covering strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment. There is an opportunity over time to build and lead a team of product managers in this domain. The role follows Metropolis’ office-first model, requiring corporate team members to work onsite at least four days a week. The anticipated base salary is $220,000 to $275,000 annually. Compensation may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, disability coverage, basic life insurance, stock options, bonus plans, and other components. Metropolis may use an automated employment decision tool in assessing candidates. The company is an equal opportunity employer and offers reasonable accommodations during hiring.
