Director of Product - Partnerships - FuzeRx

Fuze Health•Remote - Texas, NV
•$187,200 - $234,000•Remote

About The Position

The Director of Product Management for Partnerships is a multi-product domain leader responsible for FuzeRx’s most critical growth engines: Virtual Pharmacy, the Patient App, and Partnerships. Accountable for nearly half of our engineering capacity and essential to our gross profit goals, this leader will own a massive footprint of our roadmap, driving business-line performance, technical consolidation, and high-visibility enterprise integrations. This role is mission-critical. You will step into a high-leverage environment to guide our patient-facing platforms and steer vital enterprise launches with top-tier pharma logos. By bringing strategic vision and process rigor to an ambiguous space, you will compound FuzeRx’s competitive advantage: delivering better patient care, faster turnarounds, and lower costs-to-serve while empowering our clinical teams to do their best work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including ownership of a distinct product line or complex business domain.
  • 4+ years of people management experience scaling and developing product teams.
  • Proven track record of shipping AI-native products (agentic, generative, or predictive) to production with measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring process rigor (intake, OKRs/KPIs, audits) to fast-paced environments or previously unoptimized domains.
  • Experience operating in rapid, continuous-improvement cycles (weeks, not quarters).
  • Strong technical fluency; able to deconstruct complex architecture, weigh technology trade-offs, and partner effectively with Engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently present investment cases and strategic narratives to executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with modern PM tooling (GSuite, Slack, Linear/Jira, Notion, Figma, Looker/Mode/Hex, or equivalents).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or graduate degree in a relevant field (CS, HCI, Healthcare, Life Sciences).
  • Direct experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or other highly regulated clinical environments.
  • Proven background building operator- or clinician-facing workflow products at scale.
  • Specialized experience applying AI/ML specifically to operations-heavy or clinical workflows.
  • Experience thriving in high-growth environments where the operational model is actively being built and refined.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy across Virtual Pharmacy, Patient App, and Partnerships. Translate complex, ambiguous business opportunities into a coherent, proactive roadmap for multiple engineering pods, shifting the team from reactive enterprise fulfillment to strategic, scalable capabilities.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of PMs. Provide the necessary "air cover" for your team to execute flawlessly, raising the bar on product craft, ownership, and decision quality.
  • Ship new AI-native (agentic, generative, predictive) capabilities that enhance how our care, clinical, and operations teams work. Make AI competency a default expectation within your organization.
  • Navigate and prioritize competing demands from Clinical, Care, Ops, and Commercial stakeholders. Defend trade-offs with rigorous data and clear judgment to protect unit economics and engineering bandwidth.
  • Implement robust operating mechanisms—intake, prioritization, OKRs, and lifecycle audits—in domains where they are currently lacking. Operate in fast, continuous-improvement cycles to ship in weeks, instrument outcomes, and adjust.
  • Craft compelling investment narratives to align cross-functional leaders and executives around shared outcomes. Resolve conflicts independently and build roadmaps that accelerate enterprise sales cycles.
  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering on platform architecture, tech stack consolidation, and Fuzion integrations. Anticipate and mitigate risks related to scale, performance, and system reliability.
