About The Position

FloSports is a leading digital platform for underserved sports, offering live and on-demand streaming, original content, data, and technology to help sports grow their audiences. The company streams over 50,000 live events annually across various sports and is seeking individuals passionate about sports and aligned with their core values of accountability, collaboration, curiosity, positivity, grit, and excellence. This role is a strategic leadership position within the growth team, responsible for the go-to-market (GTM) framework, driving initiatives for scale and automation, and architecting innovative market entries and sustainable growth in partnership with executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field within sports, streaming, or subscription‑based businesses.
  • Demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, with a proven track record of defining and executing successful go‑to‑market plans and launching products and initiatives to market.
  • Deep experience developing and applying messaging and positioning frameworks, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and narrative construction to drive adoption and revenue impact.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs across product and marketing funnels, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate quantitative insights into clear strategic direction and decision‑making.
  • Passion for sports is essential.
  • Must be local to Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the end‑to‑end GTM strategy and messaging for the product portfolio, ensuring Growth pod initiatives and pricing changes are positioned to maximize customer impact, adoption, and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve high-impact business challenges, such as manual process gaps and revenue capture during automation transitions.
  • Own and lead positioning and messaging for product and pricing initiatives, developing compelling value propositions and core narratives for new product launches, feature releases, and pricing or packaging changes.
  • Own adoption, activation, and engagement targets for new product launches, leveraging advanced analytical capabilities to identify gaps and develop actionable recommendations to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform the product roadmap based on customer insights and market opportunities.
  • Partner with marketing leadership to ensure robust and impactful product launches, driving effective project management and planning.
