About The Position

An established commercial specialty contractor is seeking a construction professional to drive strategic growth and lead preconstruction efforts in the Charlotte market. The person will engage with general contractors early in design, including schematic design and design development, coordinate preconstruction work, and collaborate directly with executive leadership on market strategy and high-value opportunities. The company is open to aligning the title and responsibilities with the selected person's experience and capabilities.
