About The Position

As a Director of Permanent Placement Services, you will oversee multiple practice directors and/or double down as a practice director for one practice group. You will motivate and provide direction to all branch employees. The Director of Permanent Placement Service is responsible for incremental branch revenue growth that is consistent with Robert Half targets. You will actively lead marketing activities and create and maintain a productive business generation culture; facilitate cross-market activities for all divisions. You will also oversee and supervise the administrative functions of the branch office.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ management or equivalent experience required.
  • 2+ years’ talent manager experience required.
  • Proven performance in talent manager and practice director roles.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in business generation, leading and driving business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, databases and other systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
