As a Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible for developing and expanding a client base and new business opportunities. This involves introducing Robert Half's services through various meetings with new and existing clients to increase service utilization. A core part of the role is recruiting, evaluating, and placing finance and accounting professionals in full-time positions. You will also be expected to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates, provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates, and participate in industry trade associations to enhance the company's presence within the local finance and accounting community.
