About The Position
Leesburg Hospital is seeking a Director of Perioperative Services. This role will coordinate and evaluate the quality of nursing/patient care, financial stability, and service productivity. The Nursing Director is responsible for the professional development and morale of the service teams and has a close working relationship with the general management team and the medical staff to effectively meet system goals, organizational goals and all pillars relating to the departments he/she oversees. Requirements
- Master's degree required
- Current Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience as a Director of Surgical Services
Nice To Haves
- ACLS, BLS, and CNOR certifications preferred
- Specialty certification(s) required within one year of assuming the position, as applicable
- Maintains and exceeds all specialty-specific educational requirements
