The Director of Performance Marketing will play a critical role as the company expert in the development of campaign strategy, audience targeting, offer creation, customer journey design, and messaging. They will be responsible for BOTH segmenting the 1P guest data and creating unique guest journeys, offers, and marketing programs to target each segment via SMS, Email, Push, and Lead Gen ads. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing in our Executive Office on Market St. in Louisville, KY. Curiosity for WHY guests behave the way they do and interest in A/B testing are a must for this role! Director will then need to create unique guest segments to market to these guests in a 1:1 manner via SMS, Email, Push, and Lead Gen ads. Own the end-to-end development of performance marketing campaigns, including strategy, audience selection, offer creation, copy development, deployment, optimization, and reporting. Create personalized promotions & marketing programs with clear business objectives that are measurable for each guest cohort. This is the #1 priority for this role. Ex: Winback 20% of lapsed guests who haven't visited in 90+ days via series of 3 escalating offers over 21 days Partner with Internal Creative leaders and Media agency Tombras to build custom SMS/Email/Digital Media ads designed to maximize open rate and redemption among each guest cohort. Director will execute these programs soup to nuts in Salesforce and with Tombras. Lead creation of all Performance Marketing programs for NEW concept Wellness City with 3 open locations and 3 more by end of 2026! This is a unique opportunity to shape the scope, processes, agency roster, etc for the Performance Marketing function from Day 1.
