The Director of Performance Marketing will architect and lead cutting-edge performance marketing strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue. This high-impact role involves discovering and engaging with ed-tech services, constantly testing new platforms, and staying ahead of digital trends. The position focuses on building a data-driven growth engine for client acquisition, activation, and engagement through high-performance paid media, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization. Working closely with founders and managing a significant budget, the Director will develop go-to-market strategies, influence company-wide decisions, and contribute to improving education accessibility. The role requires analytical rigor, operational excellence, and strategic leadership in paid media execution and website management to build a world-class performance marketing operation.
