The Director, Performance Creative is a senior leadership role responsible for owning creative strategy, performance outcomes, and team development across a portfolio of high-impact client accounts. This role sits at the intersection of Creative, Media, and Growth, translating performance data into scalable creative systems, executive-level insights, and compelling client narratives. Beyond account ownership, this role plays a critical part in shaping how creative strategy is developed, measured, and operationalized across the agency. The Senior Creative Strategist sets standards, mentors team members, influences cross-functional decision-making, and partners closely with Creative, Media, and Growth leadership to continuously raise the bar on performance creative.
