About The Position

The Asana Marketing team is responsible for fueling business growth and building a brand customers love. We create campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We continue to grow, with a global team focused on revenue and field marketing, product marketing, brand and content creation, advertising, and lifecycle marketing. As our Performance Creative Designer, you will develop high-impact creative for paid media programs, working as an embedded partner to Paid Media to continuously generate, test, and evolve creative. Your work will span channels including paid social, display, and other digital placements, with a focus on delivering a steady stream of new ideas. You will help establish a stronger model for performance creative at Asana, one that prioritizes originality, volume, and continuous testing while maintaining strong alignment with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performing creative for paid media campaigns across channels including paid social and display
  • Own creative output for performance programs, producing multiple concepts and variations designed for testing in market
  • Translate campaign objectives, messaging, and product value into clear, compelling, and channel-appropriate creative
  • Partner closely with Paid Media stakeholders to understand testing plans, performance data, and optimization opportunities
  • Continuously iterate on creative based on performance insights, refining and evolving ideas over time
  • Generate new creative directions informed by trends, competitive work, and emerging best practices
  • Balance speed and craft, delivering a high volume of quality work while maintaining brand consistency
  • Use AI tools to accelerate concept generation, variation development, and production workflows to increase the scale of creative testing
