Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of two years of direct working experience with developing content and managing social properties in a corporate environment, preferably Automotive.
• Experience leveraging creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva, and researching innovative software for graphic design use.
• Possess knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.
• Demonstrates creativity.
• Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
• Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
• Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, demonstrating why their ideas are analytically sound.
• Practices superior time management.
• Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead in making decisions if the dealership team is non-responsive.

Nice To Haves

• BA or BS with a focus on advertising, and/or marketing is welcome but not required.
• A marketing degree is welcome but not required, with relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for using visual communication to create images for online ads, websites, and other media in a fast-paced environment.
• Plans and illustrates concepts by designing art and copy in various sizes, styles, and aesthetics.
• Assist with sponsorship, traditional media, and signage creative.
• Use online ads and website creative to turn impressions into customers and help maintain the business.
• Support Ciocca Automotive's marketing and branding efforts/initiatives.
• Design/create all digital assets used by the dealerships each month in advertising campaigns, websites, and for organic posting.
• Submit assets designed/created for paid search campaigns to manufacturers' compliance agencies.
• Create monthly themes used throughout the dealership’s marketing assts.
• Work closely with Brand and channel partners to understand assets available and identify opportunities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Create internal event assets for dealerships, automotive entities & HR department.
• Work with traditional marketing to ensure they are optimized for performance and consistent with digital efforts.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer branding standards, campaign assets, and available resources to include in dealership creative.
