Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Exemplify and lead the Company Service and Brand Culture initiatives Act as the Strategic Business Partner and functional Subject Matter Expert to Senior Hotel Leadership Align and execute People & Culture activities to Employee Value Proposition and Strategic plan Oversee people & culture initiatives, acting as a liaison between corporate office and hotel Collaborate with corporate Talent & Culture function on key programs/initiatives Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the People & Culture Department Lead labor relations initiatives Promote positive employee relations, overall employee experience, and drive employee engagement through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun
