About The Position

This role involves collaborating with Patient Services leaders to achieve department goals, producing and maintaining department measurements and evaluation reports, and establishing exceptional patient experiences while balancing service levels and costs. The position also focuses on coaching, developing, educating, and documenting the success of Patient Services leaders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of customer/patient service experience
• 3 years of leadership experience
• Google Suites or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Patient Services leaders to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Produce and maintain department measurements and evaluation reports as instructed.
• Work with Patient Services leaders to establish and maintain expectations of exceptional patient experiences, balancing service levels and costs.
• Coach, develop, educate and document the success of PS leaders and team members in the department.
