Director of Partner Operations
About The Position
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Partner Operations to scale our global partner ecosystem. This is a highly visible role acting as equal parts a Project Manager, Operations Manager, Performance Analyst and Chief of Staff, driving operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and execution across the partner lifecycle. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build an intelligent, AI-enabled operating system that powers partner strategy, accelerates growth, and drives data-informed decision-making at scale.
Requirements
- Strategic, data-driven approach
- Ability to act as Project Manager, Operations Manager, Performance Analyst and Chief of Staff
- Experience in driving operational rigor, cross-functional alignment, and execution across the partner lifecycle
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance
