Le Meridien and Sheraton Charlotte is seeking a Director of Outlets to oversee all Food and Beverage outlet operations. This role provides overall exceptional leadership and direction for all Food and Beverage outlet operations to ensure excellent guest service, operational consistency, and adherence to brand standards. The Director of Outlets will maintain operational responsibility for Social Bar & Kitchen, Craft City Sports Bar, City Lights Rooftop, Tannin & Toast, In-Room Dining, Executive Lounge operations, and Gift Shop procurement responsibilities. This position also contributes to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments and assists in developing short- and long-term operational, financial, and marketing plans for all outlet operations.
