About The Position

The Director of Operations will lead and advance the strategic direction of the Axxess Operations Team, ensuring operational excellence across all business units. This role is responsible for architecting scalable operational frameworks, optimizing cross-functional workflows, and leveraging digital tools and automation to modernize operations, increase efficiency, and support high-performing teams. This role will align people, processes, and systems to drive strategic business outcomes and ensure seamless coordination across a diverse set of operational functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required, Master's degree is a plus
  • 10+ years operational experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, employee management, etc.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate customer needs
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Desire and ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills
  • This is a 100% on-site position in our Dallas office - this is not a remote role

Responsibilities

  • Drive the long‑term workplace operations strategy, aligning policies, procedures, and service delivery models with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all workplace operations, ensuring scalable systems, risk‑mitigation practices, anda consistentlyexceptional employee experience across the office environment.
  • Oversee forecasting and operational planning, including multi‑year budgeting, vendor strategy, and contract governance tooptimizespend, strengthen partnerships, and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Lead enterprise‑level process improvement initiatives,identifyingopportunities to modernize workflows, implement technology solutions, and enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Serve as across‑functionalleader(withSales, Marketing, IT, People, Talent Acquisition, Accounting, and others), aligning operational strategy to support seamless company‑wide events, programs, and business processes.
  • Establish governance for administrative systems, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, security compliance, and effective oversight of access management and workplace records.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with building management, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on workplace priorities, service expectations, and long‑term facilities planning.
  • Provide leadership and oversight for workplace compliance, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, emergency preparedness protocols, and continuous risk‑management practices.
