About The Position

The Director of Operations at Andrew C. Beasley PLLC is a pivotal executive role created to streamline and enhance operational efficiency, aligning the firm’s business strategy with its mission to defend and support clients effectively. As the 'Integrator,' you’ll ensure the seamless execution of strategic goals, directly impacting organizational growth and client satisfaction. This role is central to empowering our legal team to focus on client advocacy while you oversee the business aspects of the firm.

Requirements

  • Operations Experience: At least 5 years in operational leadership within a growing organization, preferably in professional services.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled with case management software, CRM systems, and automation tools, leveraging technology for efficiency.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within a firm environment.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Demonstrable ability to manage client escalations and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Leadership Qualities: A solutions-oriented mindset with a positive approach to fostering team growth and improvement.
  • Ownership Mindset: Demonstrates a high level of accountability and follow-through, taking full responsibility for outcomes and ensuring tasks and initiatives are handled effectively without the need for constant oversight.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze KPIs to drive efficiency with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee daily firm operations across various departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Integration: Turn strategic goals into operational realities by identifying hurdles and creating effective systems.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement policies that maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Budget Management: Manage and forecast budgets, focusing on financial planning and cost control.
  • HR Leadership: Oversee human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Oversee and support the sales/intake function: Ensure the team is equipped with the training, tools, and processes needed to succeed.
  • Tech and Systems Management: Ensure technology and systems are up-to-date and efficient, improving automation and reporting.
  • Client Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance client experience, ensuring professional handling of escalations when necessary.
  • KPI Monitoring: Track key performance indicators to report on the firm's progress and identify areas for improvement.
