About The Position

Flare is an identity-first cyber threat intelligence company focused on providing clarity on which threats matter most to security teams. We monitor the dark and clear web to find exposed identities and other high-risk external threats before cybercriminals can use them. We are looking for a Director of Operations to expand our infrastructure to support growth objectives and scale the company. This role involves designing and executing strategic initiatives, building a shared services function, and acting as an internal trusted consultant. The position has a global scope and may require work outside of normal business hours to support global teams.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in operations consulting or management roles.
Experience within SaaS organizations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, across multiple audience levels.
Demonstrated proficiency in cross-functional project management.
Experience with integrating systems and developing automated and agentic solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience within cybersecurity organizations.
Prior experience with start-up/scale-up organizations.
Bilingual (French/English).

Responsibilities

Centralize measurement and management of operational performance by establishing baseline measures and creating a shared dashboard.
Identify and implement continuous improvements within and between processes across Flare.
Build a shared services function to incorporate best practices and scale capabilities such as reporting, platform analytics, project tracking, change management, and procurement.
Serve as a trusted consultant across departments by identifying changing needs and gaps.
Facilitate the annual forecasting and budgeting process in coordination with the Finance team.
Build a team of shared, contract, and full-time members to execute operations initiatives.
