Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written.
  • Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual).
  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information.
  • Multi-task along with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Email transmission and communication.
  • Internet navigation and research.
  • Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer and/or tablet.
  • Lift and carry office equipment at times.
  • Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork.
  • Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening.
  • Travel via airplane and/or vehicle.
  • Utilize computer for extensive hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of five years’ experience in RT/DME sales or healthcare industry sales, preferred.
  • Experience with medical equipment, preferred.
  • Medical terminology, preferred.
  • Five years of related work experience, preferred.
  • Proven track record of sales success and strong sales skills.
  • Understand sales analysis, revenue management and basic corporate financial structure.
  • Prior experience with Advanced Wound Dressing products.

Responsibilities

  • Setting departmental and individual goals based on company objectives and communicating those goals effectively to staff.
  • Developing strategies and action plans to achieve department goals.
  • Creating objective and measurable criteria to gauge the results of individual staff's actions.
  • Planning, prioritizing, and directing work assignments.
  • Developing incentives and tools to help staff meet individual and departmental goals.
  • Monitoring staff's performance and their efforts toward department goals.
  • Evaluating the financial performance of their department on a scheduled basis and interfacing with respective staff and other managers to assure corrective action is taken when problems are identified.
  • Holding others accountable in a constructive manner and guiding staff through difficulties to achieve department goals and maintain documented improvement plans and staff success.
  • Accountable for BPO process efficiency.
  • Accountable for the financial and operational performance of the CSR teams in multiple locations.
  • Adhering to and implementing all company policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews for all direct reports and approving all performance reviews for all team members reporting up through Director of Operations.
  • Interviewing and hiring staff as needed as approved by senior management with emphasis on recruiting best-qualified candidates.
  • Keeping current on industry and market place trends.
  • Key focus with interdepartmental relationships at a local, area, region and corporate level.
  • Maintaining accurate records at location level for compliance purposes.
  • Maintaining and updating all manuals necessary for company operations and establishing processes to evaluate location’s compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation regarding personnel performance.
  • Maintaining working knowledge of product reimbursement guidelines.
  • Making sure team members receive and complete necessary training and provide seamless service to patients.
  • Managing location needs including maintenance and repair requests.
  • Monitoring and acting on the team’s growth plan in order to achieve or exceed the location’s budgeted goals.
  • Providing leadership and accountability within division to drive operational excellence including ticketing efficiency, accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reporting directly to the division Vice President.
  • Reviewing and approving employee timecards for payroll.
  • Reviewing and approving expense reports for division employees.
  • Reviewing and approving invoices for Wound Care Division.
  • Working with location employees, referral sources, patients and management team to grow revenue and maintain high level of upfront cash collections.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
