Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of progressive multi-unit leadership in QSR or fast-casual (Popeyes or similar preferred)
  • Proven success leading District Managers or equivalent roles across large-scale operations
  • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen
  • Ability to influence, coach, and hold leaders accountable at all levels
  • Demonstrated success driving operational change and performance at scale
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your region
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive performance across 20+ restaurants and multiple districts, ensuring consistent execution of Popeyes brand standards and operational excellence
  • Coach, develop, and elevate District Managers—building a strong leadership bench and future pipeline
  • Own regional P&L performance, driving revene growth, cost control, labor optimization, and margin expansion
  • Translate business strategy into clear, executable field initiatives that deliver measurable results
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Training, Marketing, Facilities, Construction, and Finance to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Ensure full compliance with brand standards, food safety, labor laws, and operational policies
  • Champion a guest-first mindset, delivering excellence in service, food quality, cleanliness, and speed
  • Conduct consistent field visits, coaching leaders and reinforcing accountability and culture
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, recognition, and high performance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights, forecasts, and operational strategies
