About The Position

We are looking for a Director of Operations with a global mindset, strong execution capabilities, and strategic operational leadership. This role is primarily responsible for providing operational consulting services to Bitkernel clients, while also participating directly in the 0-to-1 operational setup process for key clients and strategic projects — including team building, operational system development, and helping clients establish sustainable long-term business operations. You will directly participate in the company’s global expansion and operational ecosystem development, driving collaboration across Streaming SaaS platforms, sports fan engagement initiatives, and international operational teams. This is a core leadership role that combines: Strategic Planning Global Operations Management User Growth Monetization Strategy Team Building This role requires not only operational management, but also the ability to genuinely drive business growth and improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internet, streaming, OTT, video platform, or community platform operations
  • Experience working with global or cross-regional teams
  • Strong strategic operations and organizational management capabilities
  • Deep understanding of user growth, content ecosystems, and monetization logic
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a 4-yr accredited institution globally ranked in the top 500 universities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Sports Tech or Fan Engagement industries
  • Experience operating SaaS platforms
  • Experience with Streaming Platforms or Creator Economy businesses
  • Experience in startups or high-growth companies
  • Familiarity with Latin American markets is preferred
  • Spanish proficiency is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Operations: Oversee the company’s overall operational systems and organizational coordination; Establish global operational management mechanisms and standardized workflows; Build and manage cross-regional business operations across the U.S., Latin America, and Asia; Drive KPI, OKR, and core business objective execution.
  • Drive Business Growth: Lead user growth, retention, and engagement strategies; Drive the development of Sports OTT, Club Platforms, and Creator Ecosystem businesses; Assist in developing monetization strategies including Subscription, Advertising, PPV, and Fan Membership models; Improve scalability and long-term operational efficiency across the platform ecosystem.
  • Build Fan Engagement Ecosystem: Participate in operational projects involving football clubs and sports organizations; Design long-term fan engagement and community growth strategies; Coordinate video, community, content, and interactive product operations; Support the development of next-generation sports digital media ecosystems.
  • Data & Performance Management: Establish data-driven operational systems; Analyze user behavior, content consumption, conversion, and retention metrics; Optimize product, content, and monetization strategies through data insights; Continuously improve operational ROI and resource allocation efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, BD, Marketing, and Content teams; Lead the execution of complex international projects; Build efficient operational teams and organizational culture; Improve overall execution efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
