About The Position

We are a specialized technical consultancy looking for a Director of Operations to serve as our Integrator. You will be the "Right Hand" to the CEO, acting as the organizational hub that keeps our engine room running at peak performance. Your goal is simple but critical: own the day-to-day operations and project profitability. This isn’t just an administrative job; it is a leadership mandate. You will sit at the intersection of Project Delivery, Finance, and People. You will be the guardian of our standards, the steward of our margins, and the primary point of contact for our team’s operational health.

Requirements

• Background in Business Administration combined with significant high-level command experience.
• Tactical & Data-Driven: You aren’t afraid to get "under the hood" of our project management software.
• Understand the business math of a consultancy and know how to spot project drift before it happens.
• Proactive problem solver who brings solutions and data to the table for final approval.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of work for our technical teams (Python, Cloud, and specialized consultants), ensuring every project stays aligned with its original plan and hits its milestones.
• Own the "Project-to-Invoice" pipeline, ensuring billing is accurate and on time. Dive into project data to track profitability and resource utilization.
• Manage the back-office infrastructure—from vendor contracts and software subscriptions to insurance and general administrative compliance.
• Act as our culture carrier. Lead the onboarding of new talent, manage employee performance goals, and resolve internal friction before it scales.
