About The Position

The Director of Operations will play a central role in designing, implementing, and leading the operational systems that enable Entrega to scale as a high-performance professional services organization. This role is responsible for building the operating system of the company - connecting delivery operations, business operations, and internal execution into a cohesive, scalable framework. The Director of Operations will work closely with executive leadership to bring structure, discipline, and clarity to how work moves across the organization - from client engagement through delivery and into production. This is not a purely administrative operations role. The ideal candidate is a builder of systems and operational frameworks, capable of translating business strategy into structured execution. This individual will drive operational consistency, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and establish the processes and governance required for predictable delivery and scalable growth. The Director of Operations will partner closely with leadership across delivery, finance, client services, and internal business functions to ensure the organization operates with clarity, accountability, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, technology services, digital agencies, systems integration firms, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated experience building or transforming operational systems in organizations where project delivery, resource coordination, and cross-functional execution are critical
  • Strong understanding of service delivery operations, including project lifecycle management, delivery coordination, and client-facing execution models
  • Experience designing or improving operating models, governance structures, and organizational workflows
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into structured operational systems and execution frameworks
  • Experience working cross-functionally with delivery, finance, and executive leadership to align operations with business performance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose operational issues and implement practical solutions
  • Experience building or improving operational reporting, dashboards, and performance visibility systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational alignment
  • Experience operating effectively in dynamic, growth-oriented environments where systems are still being built
  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
  • High level of systems thinking, operational discipline, and execution focus

  • Support the development of governance models that promote accountability, delivery quality, and consistency.
  • Ensure delivery operations scale effectively as the organization grows.
  • Build and strengthen the internal operational backbone that supports the company’s performance.
  • Establish structured workflows across internal business functions to improve coordination and reliability.
