Provides program development and oversight of day to day administration of the Recovery Center. Provides program development and oversight of day to day administration of the nursing and technician staff of the Central Receiving Facility. Oversees all requirements, staff, and utilization management for both inpatient programs. Develops, manages, and maintains nursing and technician process to ensure patient safety and care standards. Ensures adequate leadership coverage of the day-to-day operations of the units. Supervises multidisciplinary team including psychiatrist, APRN, non-degreed, nursing, and administrative. Ensures adequate scheduling of Physicians and APRNs, to include weekend coverage. Co-supervises psychiatrist and APRN staff with Director of Operations Crisis Services and Chief Medical Officer. Collaborates with staff, management, and internal/external stakeholders using a team approach to improve quality of service delivery. Collaborates with leadership to ensure that standards of productivity and agency financial objectives are met Implements strategies and initiatives to improve patient access to care and quality of care within the inpatient departments. Provides coverage for clinical oversight in the absence of the Clinical Director of Crisis Services. Position requires on-call responsibilities. Position requires 10% or less time in travel.
