About The Position
Established construction trade company is seeking a high-energy Director of Operations / COO to take full ownership of the business and oversee multiple commercial projects from sales through project completion. This role will run day-to-day operations across all core functions, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and strong execution across the entire workflow — including sales, estimating/takeoffs, project management, finance, and installation. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with an ownership mindset who can step in, take control, and drive the business forward. Prior construction experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operations from sales through project completion
- Manage and align sales, estimating, project management, finance, and installation
- Oversee estimating and takeoffs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise project managers and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Oversee project-level financial performance and profitability
- Ensure smooth coordination across all departments
- Implement structure, systems, and accountability across the business
- Drive overall performance and operational improvements
