About The Position

CF Capital is hiring a founder right-hand operator who can own day-to-day execution today and grow into a future leadership role as the business scales. You will work directly with both founders of a fast-growing private equity real estate firm that owns and operates approximately 1,500 apartment units across the Midwest and Southeast with roughly $175M in assets under management. The company plans to scale to 5,000+ units, build its own property management company, and continue growing over the next several years. This role starts as a blend of executive support and operations management. Over time, it is designed to evolve into a Chief of Staff and eventually COO-level opportunity for the right person.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in operations, executive support, project management, consulting, business management, financial operations, or similar environments
  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or high-growth teams
  • Exceptional follow-through and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and bias toward action
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong systems mindset and ability to improve processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate, property management, private equity, wealth management, or financial services is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Managing investor communications, investor portal coordination, and investor services
  • Supporting acquisitions, refinances, equity raises, and transaction workflows
  • Coordinating investor distributions and acting as the liaison with accounting and bookkeeping partners
  • Managing calendars, scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up tracking for both founders
  • Maintaining and improving SOPs, filing systems, project tracking, and internal workflows
  • Supporting EOS execution including scorecards, Rock tracking, and meeting prep
  • Coordinating vendors, events, and special projects
  • Identifying inefficiencies and implementing better systems and processes
  • Serving as the person who sees issues early, solves problems, and drives things forward before leadership has to step in
