Director of Nursing
About The Position
We are excited to be partnered with a well-respected, family-owned, long term care facility in search of Directors of Nursing (DON) in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. This is a great opportunity for a strong Nurse with experience as a DON in a long term care / skilled nursing setting to have the autonomy to run a building as they see fit and have actual work life balance while doing it. The facility encourages a stable clinical team and a resident first mentality. With a full clinical team in place the DON never has to cover shifts on the floor. IP, DSD, MDS, ADON, Admissions and a scheduler are all in place so the DON can focus on running the facility. A family like environment that allows for flexibility with scheduling. Requirements
- Valid Minnesota RN license
- 3+ years of experience as a DON in a skilled nursing or long term care setting
- Passion for Senior Care
- Strong leadership skills
