About The Position

Specific duties include: working collaboratively to lead all clinical services for the facility, developing and implementing nursing practices to ensure high quality care, overseeing regulatory compliance, including patient care and resident rights nursing practices staffing and employee development budget.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
Responsibilities
- Lead all clinical services for the facility
- Develop and implement nursing practices to ensure high quality care
- Oversee regulatory compliance, including patient care and resident rights
- Manage nursing practices, staffing, and employee development
- Manage budget
