We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a highly rated, 5-star skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Role As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee all clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development. Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio
• Proven experience as a DON (or strong ADON ready to step up)
• Successful survey history and deep knowledge of regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all nursing staff and clinical programs
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain and continue a strong survey history
