Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Active RN license in the state of Wisconsin required
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care
• Manage and mentor nursing staff while guiding daily clinical operations
• Supervise, coach, and support the professional growth of nurses and caregivers
• Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and drive individualized care planning
• Foster a positive, respectful, and engaged workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal clinical regulations
• Promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Collaborate with families, residents, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to urgent and emergent clinical needs
• Uphold and demonstrate the mission and core values of the organization
