About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team, drive quality outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence in resident care. This role is responsible for leading all nursing operations within the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and survey readiness, mentoring and developing nursing staff and leaders, driving quality measures, infection prevention, and clinical outcomes, and partnering with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care.
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- Previous nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Responsibilities
