About The Position
We are seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team, drive quality outcomes, and foster a culture of excellence in resident care. This role is for an experienced RN leader looking to make an impact in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care.
Requirements
- Active Ohio RN license
- Previous nursing leadership experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or Post-Acute Care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey process, and quality measures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Responsibilities
- Lead all nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Mentor and develop nursing staff and leaders
- Drive quality measures, infection prevention, and clinical outcomes
- Partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care
