About The Position
The Director of Nursing (DON) will supervise staff, facilitate Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings, and inform staff of new policies and procedures. The DON is responsible for the recruitment, retention, and training of nurses and other clinical staff. This role also involves the overall direction and guidance of all patient care services.
Requirements
- Licensed RN in the State of Texas
- 1+ years of experience as a RN with management experience
- BSN degree or five years of equivalent management experience

- Experience with Hospice or home health
