About The Position

The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will oversee multiple sites and serve as the direct supervisor for site DONs and Administrators. This role involves assisting in staff hiring, overseeing site operations, and collaborating with Physicians on IDT reports. The Regional Director will also support the recruiting, retention, and training of nurses and other clinical staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for the overall direction and guidance of all patient care services.

Requirements

• BSN and Nursing certification required
• Ability to staff and manage multiple sites
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Clean background, drug screen, and driving record

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years experience in management preferred
• Experience in healthcare as a DON and/or Healthcare Administration preferred
