Regional Director of Clinical Operations (RN)

Requirements
- Valid state RN license
- 7+ years experience as Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing environment
- 1+ yrs experience in a Regional Clinical Operations role for a multi-site LTPAC facility operator
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience in nursing, clinical operations
- Extensive experience and established track record of positive facility survey preparation and results
- Ability to travel >50% within assigned territory
- Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple facilities concurrently
- Deadline driven, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Supports and interprets NHCA vision and mission
- Coordinates the development and updates to resident care and clinical systems
- Ensures clinical standards of care are developed and implemented consistent with company policy, business objectives and regulatory compliance plan
- Provide timely guidance and support to facility nursing leaders
- Provide ongoing education and communication regarding policy and procedure updates and clinical practice
- Participates in QM reviews and development of reason maps for quality improvement process
- Collects and validates monthly statistical data: Quality Measures, 5 Star Ratings, KPI outcomes
- Provides onsite management of annual surveys and assistance with plan of correction
- Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care
