About The Position

Greeley County Health Services (GCHS) is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and compliance-driven Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department and oversee clinical operations at its long-term care facility. This executive leadership role champions resident-centered care, mentors nursing staff, ensures adherence to state and federal regulations, and drives clinical excellence across the facility. GCHS is a rural health system headquartered in Tribune, Kansas, serving western Kansas. It includes a 25-bed critical access hospital, a 16-bed Long Term Care Unit, and two family practice clinics. Requirements

Current, unrestricted Kansas Registered Nurse license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
At least 5 years of long-term care clinical experience.
Knowledge of long-term care clinical practice, regulatory requirements, resident-centered care, and interdisciplinary leadership.
Working knowledge of PointClickCare, CMS and Kansas long-term care regulations, resident assessments, quality improvement, and personnel practices.

Nice To Haves

Relevant supervisory experience is preferred.
At least 3 years of long-term care supervisory experience is preferred.
