About The Position

White Oak of Burlington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead the nursing department at its 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Burlington, North Carolina. The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with facility policies, professional nursing standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. The role works collaboratively with residents, families, physicians, staff, referral sources, vendors, and other interdisciplinary team members. The DON will be supported by an experienced team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, nurse managers, corporate nursing consultants, and an established leadership team. The position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and excellent compensation and benefits.

Requirements

Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in North Carolina.
At least 1 year of long-term care and supervisory experience.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
