About The Position

Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, a modern, 4-Star CMS Rated skilled nursing facility with 160-beds, and a member of National Health Care Associates, is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing. This role provides strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with the facility's mission, and fostering excellence and innovation in nursing care. The Director of Nursing Services holds 24-hour accountability for delivering high-quality and cost-effective health care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes, and achieving patient/resident and employee satisfaction. Requirements

  • Valid state RN nursing license
  • Commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery
  • Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and quality improvement
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or certification preferred
  • Experience in a senior nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care plans
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory standards
