Requirements

Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) or above
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
One (1+) years nursing leadership experience
Proficiency in the use of a Personal Computer and ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing / sub-acute care setting strongly preferred
One to three (1-3) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative or geriatric nursing preferred

Responsibilities

Provide overall direction, coordination and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to patients and residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing / sub-acute care nursing center (all units).
Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the clinical department, ensuring quality care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing and controlling budget, and will provide leadership and oversight of the center's clinical staff and will serve as the Nursing Home Administrator's backup as needed
