Christ's Home in Warminster, Pennsylvania, a CMS 5‑Star, nonprofit senior living community, is seeking an exceptional Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical services in our 48‑bed private skilled nursing facility. Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Pennsylvania or eligible)
- Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑building skills
- Commitment to faith‑based, nonprofit values and compassionate care
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with CMS, Pennsylvania Department of Health, and regulatory standards
- Maintain ongoing survey readiness and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Recruit, retain, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Foster a positive, accountable, and resident‑focused culture
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders, residents, and families
- Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for high‑quality resident care
