Requirements

  • Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota
  • CPR/BLS certification required
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working with seniors and building strong teams
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driver's License in good standing with ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS background study

Nice To Haves

  • Assisted Living or senior care leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Assisted Living and Memory Care operations
  • Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance through guidance and support of nursing staff
  • Lead assessments, care planning, case management, and nursing processes in accordance with MDH regulations
  • Meet with residents and families to support admissions, care conferences, and ongoing communication
  • Monitor prior authorizations, funding sources, and documentation accuracy to ensure timely billing and compliance
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff while promoting accountability, teamwork, and professional development
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement processes that support exceptional outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, community resources, and healthcare providers
  • Support census growth, operational goals, and overall community success
  • Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and clinical strategy
