Director of Nursing/ Clinical Supervisor

Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for working with seniors and building strong teams
- Experience with electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver's License in good standing with ability to travel as needed
- Ability to meet physical requirements and pass DHS background study

- Assisted Living or senior care leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Assisted Living and Memory Care operations
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance through guidance and support of nursing staff
- Lead assessments, care planning, case management, and nursing processes in accordance with MDH regulations
- Meet with residents and families to support admissions, care conferences, and ongoing communication
- Monitor prior authorizations, funding sources, and documentation accuracy to ensure timely billing and compliance
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff while promoting accountability, teamwork, and professional development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and implement processes that support exceptional outcomes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, community resources, and healthcare providers
- Support census growth, operational goals, and overall community success
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and clinical strategy
