About The Position

The Atrium at Drum Hill is seeking a compassionate and caring Director of Nursing to oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team. The role also serves as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, and the salary starts at $113,000.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 2 years of experience in a care setting.

Nice To Haves

• Assisted Living, Home Care, or Hospice setting experience.
• Knowledge of dementia care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team.
• Ensure compliance with resident-care regulations, including medication management, resident assessments, and care plans.
• Document and maintain accurate records as appropriate.
• Demonstrate personal and resident safety methods and procedures.
• Represent Benchmark Senior Living with pride and knowledge when educating outside groups and organizations.
• Serve as a liaison with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers.
