About The Position

Learning Services, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a dynamic and growing organization committed to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury. For over 40 years, the company has developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries, including treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries. The Full-Time Director of Nursing (DON) will support the Roswell/Johns Creek GA program. In this role, the DON works collaboratively within a rehabilitation team model, acting as a director of professional services. The position involves addressing client-specific medical, behavioral, and functional needs based on evidence-based practices, providing clinical leadership, and facilitating nursing services to promote health and medical stability for residential clients. The DON is responsible for ensuring high-quality care by focusing on the needs of both clients and teams.

Requirements

• For CRNP: Master’s or Doctorate level degree from an accredited graduate school of nursing as an Advanced Practice Nurse
• At least five years of experience in an advanced practice or clinical leadership role
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Previous Spinal Cord / Brain Injury experience is strongly preferred
• For RN: Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
