Director of Nursing (RN) Walnut Hills | Greencroft Communities Walnut Creek, Ohio Are you a passionate nurse leader ready to make a difference in senior care? Walnut Hills is seeking a Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical team, support quality resident care, and foster a positive, team-focused culture.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 5+ years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for senior care and team development
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical care
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with care standards and regulations
- Partner with leadership to improve resident outcomes
