About The Position

This position qualifies for a $25,000 sign on bonus. The Director of Nursing Labor and Delivery will lead by example to promote excellence in resident care, demonstrate the ability to delegate and achieve results through others, and work within the departmental budget. This role functions as a valued member of the administrative team and ensures compliance with all state, federal, and Joint Commission requirements.

Requirements

5 years experience as an RN
2 years supervisory experience at a manager or director-level
Current RN License
Current CPR certification
2+ to 5 years experience
Bachelor's Degree
Progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or director.
5 years of experience working an RN in Labor and Delivery.
