Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing Behavioral Health to join their Texas Health family. This position is located at Texas Health Dallas and the core work hours are Monday – Friday; 8:00a-5:00p. Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas is a large, full-service hospital with a commitment to high-quality, compassionate care, specializing in various areas including cancer care, cardiology, neurosciences, women's services, and emergency medicine. The hospital is recognized for its Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Comprehensive Stroke Center, Bariatric Surgery Center of Excellence, and advanced women's imaging. It holds accreditations as a Comprehensive Stroke Center, Level I Trauma Center, and Comprehensive Heart Attack Center, and is a designated Magnet hospital. The Behavioral Health Nursing Director is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, human resource management, enhancing patient satisfaction, physician engagement, quality and patient safety, regulatory compliance, community involvement, and leadership/professional development. This role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, fostering staff engagement and development, improving patient and physician satisfaction, ensuring quality and safety standards, and promoting a culture of "Safe Choices."
