Clifford Beers Community Care Center (CBCCC) is a mental health clinic serving children and families. Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities. The Director of Mobile Crisis Intervention Services (MCIS) and Trauma-Informed Schools reports to the Vice President of Clinical Services and provides clinical, and operational leadership for the agency's community-based behavioral health continuum, including Mobile Crisis Intervention Services, Trauma-Informed Schools, and Client Access/Open Access. The Director is responsible for the performance, quality, regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and strategic growth of these service lines while ensuring timely access to care, effective crisis response, school-based behavioral health services, and seamless transitions across levels of care. Working collaboratively with the Vice President of Clinical Services, executive leadership, medical leadership, program managers, and community partners, this position leads program development, staff performance, quality improvement, and community partnerships that support the agency's strategic priorities.
