This role involves leading and supporting a multidisciplinary, fast-paced mobile crisis team that delivers 24/7 crisis support for children and families experiencing emotional, behavioral, or situational distress. The services include crisis telephone triage and support, mobile crisis assessment and intervention, and community-based care in homes, schools, courts, and other settings. The mission is to provide early intervention, stabilization, and alternatives to hospitalization while strengthening families and communities. The position blends hands-on clinical leadership with administrative oversight, offering real-time crisis consultation, staff coaching and development, and program operations management. The Clinical Supervisor will also participate in a broader leadership structure, receiving support from senior program leadership while helping guide team culture, performance expectations, and service delivery standards.
